Last October, the Everybody Dies Horror Film Festival sliced it's way into Orange County complete with mistress of ceremony, Machete Betty! And the lovely lady with the giant "weapons" enjoyed watching the hundreds of scary movies that were submitted to the festival so much, she was inspired to make her own short film. With the help of producer Sara Parrell and writer/director Jeff C. Smith, Machete Betty the short film was created and screened at the festival! And now, being the attention whore that she is, Betty is submitting her little opus to other festivals across the globe. So keep your eyes open! She could be sneaking in to a town near you!
